The Managed Services –Cloud Consultant
As a non-traditional Managed Service Provider Invero is focused on our clients Azure cloud infrastrucure: Patching, Backups, Anti-Virus, Policies, Governance etc.  The Cloud Consultant Role requires someone who can help us to grow our Managed Services Division while maintaining current operational levels with existing clients and improve operational efficienese all at the same time.   

The Cloud Managed Services Consultant will work under the direction of the Cloud Managed Service Lead and be responsible for all aspects of this division from the RMM & ticketing system configuration to the daily management of client facing support, monitoring, execution of ticket If you are currently working in an Azure Cloud Administration or Infrastructure role, with a background in support multiple clients, we would love to talk to you about joining Invero!

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership and responsibility for incoming ticket and work towards resolution
  • Setup/configure current monitoring tool and Azure monitor based on the client requirements
  • Build VM (Windows and Linux) in Azure, configure, networking, storage and backup of the VMs
  • Add remove clients in Microsoft Partner Center and maintain their licensing for M365 and/or O365
  • Cost management reporting to Cloud Managed Services Lead and Director of Service Delivery
  • On boarding and off Boarding internal Employees, following a defined process
  • Perform monthly patching on Azure VMs using automated tool
  • Focus on closing tickets within SLA and increasing knowledge through communication and example
  • Ability to build strong client relationships to become their trusted advisor responsible for delivery and performance of client’s environment
  • Be part of on-call rotations
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery of managed services and exceed defined service level agreements
  • Ensure contractual SLAs/SLOs as well as client RPO/RTOs are being met and maintained. Measure and maintain overall customer service satisfaction.
  • Be a client advocate and maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure an exceptional service experience

Qualifications

Must Have Experience:
  • 2-3 Years Windows Server administration experince
  • 1+ years Azure Administration Experience
  • Experience with DNS, DHCP and strong understanding on networking OSI model
  • Experience with RMM tools & Ticketing systems (ConnectWise suite experience preferred)
  • Office 355/Microsoft 365 licensing experience will be considered an asset
  • PaaS – Strong understanding/experience of Platform as a Service in addition to IaaS will be considered as asset
  • Implementing and experience with Azure Monitor
  • Azure certifications such as
    • AZ-104 Azure Administrator

-And/OR-

  • MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamental and subsequent certifications in the M365 path
    • MCSA Windows Server 2012 and up will be considered as asset
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
